CONCIERGE BOOKING POLICY

We are delighted to offer you a personalized beauty experience with our concierge semi-permanent beauty services. Choose the setting that best suits your lifestyle, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Ways to Book

    • At Your Home / Private Residenceenjoy your treatment in the comfort of your own space.
    • Hotel / Resort enjoy a discreet and comfortable session in a private room or suite (suite arrangements can be made either by the client or coordinated through us).

    • Partner Locationsselect from our trusted partner location. 


Appointment Scheduling:

    • All appointments must be reserved in advance through our online booking system or via WhatsApp only.

    • Concierge services are available by request only and are subject to availability.

    • We recommend booking 2–7 days in advance of your preferred date to secure your slot.

    • If your preferred date is unavailable, we encourage you to join our waitlist to be notified of openings.

    • A confirmation email or message will be sent upon successful booking.

Deposit and Travel Fees:

    • A non-refundable deposit of ₱500 is required to secure your appointment. The deposit will be applied to your total service fee, which is payable on-site after the treatment. If the deposit is not received within the given timeframe, your booking will be forfeited and offered to other clients.

    • Travel fees may apply depending on the location (calculated and disclosed upon request).
    • Hotel or resort suite fees are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise arranged with us.

    • Deposits can be made via bank transfer ( RCBC only), digital wallets (GCash), and QR Payments.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

    • Cancellations must be made at least 2448 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit.

    • If you need to reschedule your appointment, your deposit can be transferred to a new date, provided you notify us at least 2448 hours before your scheduled time.

    • For no-shows or late cancellations, the deposit will be forfeited.

Arrivals:

    • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, and the deposit will not be refunded.
    • Clients should arrive no earlier than 5-10 minutes before their appointment. This allows us sufficient time to prepare and ensures a smooth transition between appointments. Arriving earlier than this may disrupt other scheduled services.

Preparation & Set-Up

  • Clients must ensure that the chosen location (home, hotel, or resort suite) has a clean, safe, and well-lit area with access to power outlets and seating. We will bring all necessary professional equipment.

Client Responsibilities

    • Arrive on time with or without makeup, but ensure that the area to be treated is clean.

    • Follow pre- and post-care instructions provided by us.

    • Disclose any allergies, medical conditions, or skin sensitivities in advance.

    • Only the client being serviced may be present in the treatment area. Please refrain from bringing additional guests unless prior approval has been granted.
