Avoid Blood Thinners: No alcohol, caffeine, aspirin, ibuprofen, or similar for at least 24-48 hours.

Pause Skincare Actives: Refrain from using retinoids, acids, or exfoliants near the treatment area for one week.

No Tanning or Sunburn: Stay out of the sun or tanning beds for two weeks prior.

Skip Facial Treatments: Avoid Botox, fillers, peels, or facials in the treatment area for at least two weeks.

Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water to ensure your skin is in the best condition.

On Appointment Day: Arrive with clean skin, with or without makeup but make sure the area to be treated is/are clean.
