☑︎ I acknowledge that results cannot be guaranteed and may be affected by my individual healing process, skin characteristics, adherence to aftercare, and other factors. 

☑︎ FLOUANDNOU beauty artist have the right to refuse service based on any conditions that may interfere with desired results.

☑︎ I will follow all pre-procedure and aftercare instructions provided to ensure proper healing and maximize results.

☑︎ No refund will be issued once my cosmetic tattoo service has commenced.

☑︎ I consent to before and after photographic documentation for FLOUANDNOU BEAUTY’s records and promotional purposes.

☑︎ Failure to disclose all medical conditions or medications may impact results and safety.

☑︎ I agree to annual or periodic touch-up appointments as required to maintain my cosmetic tattoo.
